After a brief but tortuous broken-camera scare, I am happy to have my fifth limb back in action again. And happy for two new additions blooming in my tiny city garden. And happy to be basking in the loveliness that is azalea season.
The summer solstice is a short two days away. Not to mention it reached a sweet 93 degrees in DC today, winning highest recorded temp across the US. I’d say it’s finally feeling like summertime in the city.
Always very pleased to see my favorite flower come to life in my garden. A cutting for the inside, so that I can admire it a little longer.
And looking forward to a long weekend and time to reflect on a lot of exciting news that has been coming my way these days. Happy memorial day friends!
