I absolutely love photographing friends. Everyone is a little more relaxed and if I’m lucky, I know a funny story or two from days gone by. I was so excited to see Brian again and to meet his gorgeous fiancé. We had a lot of fun soaking up the fall leaves and sunshine around Annapolis. And you’d never know we almost all blew away in the wind!
I am pretty darn excited about this little engagement session that happened over the weekend. And I don’t think I need to say why. More to follow!
Happy Sunday folks. Lots of great photo shoots coming up over the next few weeks so I’m enjoying this last lazy September Sunday. Hope yours is just as relaxing.
One last bunch of photos because I just can’t get enough. These remind me of the fourth of July. I feel more patriotic just looking at them.
This vintage Cadillac might be my favorite “prop” used to date. All I can say is these are some classy looking photos.
I’m not really sure I have words for these photos. I love the subtle blue undertones throughout and that these photos are setting the tone for Grace and Matt’s wedding. It’s not hard to believe these two were natural models. I think it must run in the family. And to think, these are just beginning!
Many beautiful posts coming your way soon. A first look at a lovely evening spent on the water with a lovely couple. Ah, summer love.
Surviving this heat wave with fruity sangria and walks in the garden.
From Easter weekend.
And before, all the pretty things.
Last year’s spring came early. This year it feels like it may be lost forever. But as of yesterday, it’s officially here. So let’s all give winter a friendly wave goodbye, reminisce one last time on the things that kept us cozy and warm, and turn our faces towards the sun to greet the season that means we made it.
And happiest of birthdays to these blue eyes, who have come to know the end of my camera lens more than most.
