It was a surreal experience sharing space with the largest of the living, groves of sequoias standing tall and wide, quietly at peace. Their presence was one of wisdom and confidence, while remaining humble, as if knowing their purpose was to just be.

The spring equinox is fast approaching and things aren’t going so well. My beloved magnolias didn’t stand a chance this year. And only time will tell, but I have a feeling everyone’s favorite pink blossoms might suffer a similar fate. So in the meantime, I’ve been revisiting old photos and sharing some here.
