BOSTON.

We are on day three of rain here. Tomorrow looks like more of the same. This time last year I took a trip up to Boston and brought Hurricane Earl with me. The evening of my arrival it downpoured so hard, Julie and I found shelter in a Parisian creperie. Not a bad way to end a rainy day.

A few days later, the sun was shining and the weather was simply gorgeous. Nothing beats the Northeast at the end of summer. And what better place to enjoy the weather than the Boston harbor waterfront.

NATS.

Wednesday night was the perfect evening for a family baseball game. As always, the founding fathers stole the show. Go Abe! Bright lights, a cool breeze, and lots of DC pride. Summer feels like it may just last forever.

(Sshhh! Don’t tell Summer, but I’m ready to fall in love with Fall all over again.)
